    Hi

I have moved to a new dedicated server. I am trying to install the shared server ssl cert "not a domain ssl cert" and when doing so whm ask for a domain, user, and IP.

I know the domain and whm puts in the Ip address but I don't know the user. I tryed root but that did not work.

    Anyone know the answer?

    Thanks

Have your tried admin as the username and the ip address should be the main server ipaddress.

I am sorry the username is "nobody"
you can get the ip address by going to edit setup and you will see the Main Shared Virtual Host IP:

That should let you install the SSL, good luck
