Server status is wrong

The service status is incorrect:

syslogd up
webmail up
Server Load 0.00 (1 cpu)
Memory Used 18.3 %
Swap 1 %

Server Load is 0.00? I wish. This is after we updated to WHM 5.2.0
Cpanel 5.2.0-R76
RedHat 7.2

Depends on the moment but certainly not 0.00 refresh after refresh.
