    Is it possible to make a live image or code the status page to be shown on websites and forums such as vBulletin?

    This is not something related to cPanel. Please search in Google to get an exact idea.

    Using PHP exec function, you can do it.

    PHP:
    <?php
    $load
    exec("uptime");
    $load split("load average:"$load);
    $load split(", "$load[1]);
    $load $load[0];
    echo
    "Current Load: $load";
    ?>
