Hi I just brought a new server on line last week and noticed that all my service staus indicators are not there. I am missing bind and interchange my other servers all have them but this one server is missing those.
I have checked all the services are enabled in service manager and the services are running but no indicators.

Is there a file I can edit that says what to show?

And while I am at on my other cpanel server if the CPU load goes above 1.0 the indicator turns red is this normal and anyway to set this threshold?

I am having the same problem, somewhat. BIND is there but Interchange is not.

Interchange might not be because installing interchange isn't the default on a CPanel installation anymore. You have to install it via tweak settings, then enable the monitoring via the services menu.

If you know it's installed and running, you might want to check /etc/chkserv.d/ and make sure the files for the daemons are in there, and restart chkservd.

Server threshold is the 7th option under tweak settings.
