I transferred my cpanel account from one server to another, and I'm just getting around to checking my email accounts. When I looking cpanel it says I have the right about, but when I click email accounts none of my emails are there. A little detail on what I did that might have caused this is I had to manually edit the httpd.conf file, and that's about it.

It sounds like when you transferred the site, you did not get the full backup.

you can manually zip up the directory of the e-mail account, and manually transfer it over.

I'd recommend the simplest way, would be to login to the old server cpanel, and generate a backup of the home directory of the user, then simply copy the e-mail folder.

    The e-mail folder is: /home/cpuser/mail/domain.com/email

Where if the e-mail address was: bob@bob.com and the cpanel username was bobcom, it would be: /home/bobcom/mail/bob.com/bob

That directory holds the raw e-mail data. Also, the home directory might not be home, it could be home2 for example.

But that is the directory you would want to manually transfer over, to get the e-mails(not the e-mail accounts, but the e-mails themselves).

    I hope this helps.
