Server upgraded from 11.23-R to 11.24-C - now it won't boot up!!!

I upgraded one of my servers from 11.23-Release to 11.24-Current. Upgrade was done via SSH, completed no problem, tested WHM and it seemed a little slow... Gave it 20 mins, still slow...

Rebooted it...

Now it's failing to boot! This has never happened before with previous upgrades.

Please help!!!

OK, I'll probably get my host to do this as they have Enterprise support.

I was going to suggest KVM over IP if all else fails but sounds like you can get it handled.
