I had some people install some software on my server. Now my server only looks for PHP files. It will not run index.html files. How do I enable the server to run html files as well?

DO your clients have root access to the server to modify httpd.conf file? Or are they using .htaccess and mistakenly disabled HTML as one of the DirectoryIndex extensions?
