Cpanel sent a email a while ago that 11.34 had been released to the current tier. I have tried to upgrade one of our servers several times but after it is done it is still at 11.32.5. Somebody at cpanel forget to do something or was this email sent in error?

Yeah, same here (and it looks like everywhere). I don't understand why cPanel mailed before being able to deliver the goods.

Unfortunately, this isn't going live until 7pm Central time tonight. This would be in approximately 20 minutes.

I apologize that the email was sent before the actual CURRENT tier updated to 11.34.

I had the same question, so it is good I searched for it before posting. ;)

Note that you can check the official current releases (to see if it is a problem with your server) in the Latest cPanel & WHM Builds list.

Please submit a ticket if you have having issues with it updating. We'd be happy to investigate. You can use the link in my signature. If you could post the ticket number here after submitting one. Thanks!

I had to log out, clear my cache, close and reopen my browser to see it.

I my experience, the ticket system can take a while to send emails. It (or several) will come eventually.

This forum is broken! It is combining my separate posts into one! Now my quote of the first post I replied to is missing too.

I can see why it's not updating. The current release listed in the update prefs is still 11.32.5, and in the log that is what it's trying to update to (the current version).

The forum isn't broken in that manner. If you submit a second post after a first post within a set timeframe, it combines the two posts together.
