It just came to our attention that with the switch to standard time, all of our servers (RH73 through RHEL3) did something quite odd. They moved the clock forward an hour but left the time zones as EDT, PDT, etc. so email is appearing to be an hour behind when received by anyone. Did this happen to anyone else? Any ideas how to get the server to reflect PST, EST, etc.?

I don't see what your saying, the clocks should "spring forward" to keep up with US time. You might try changing timezones to something different the back to whatever you are using. Finally run 'rdate -s time.nist.gov' see if that will give your servers a kick in the right direction.
