stats stopped logging and "/scripts/runlogsnow" is producing an error message...

My stats stopped logging (logs, Webalizer, Analog, Urchin) from Oct. 18, 2004. When I run:

    /scripts/runlogsnow

    I get the following error:

    /usr/bin/perl: relocation error: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/perl/auto/RRDs/RRDs.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr

I updated the Perl and also tried:

    /scripts/rrdtoolinstall

Then enabled "Allow users to change their web statistics generating software" - which is a cPanel Pro feature. But nothing seems to work so far. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I am running cPanel 9.9.8-C115 on CentOS3.3.

Thank you in advance for your help...

    i had to do /scripts/reinstallmailman

    do a locate rrd

rename the .so to .so.bak and the rrd binary in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rrdtool (i think) can't remember the exact directory to rrdtool.bak

    then /scripts/rrdtoolinstall.

    urchin fix...

Ok, here is how I fixed it -- I recompiled the Apache from WHM and this fixed the problem (/scripts/runlogsnow):

    "/usr/bin/perl: relocation error: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/perl/auto/RRDs/RRDs.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr"

I ran the following commands as root:

    mv /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/rrdtool /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/rrdtool.old

    /scripts/rrdtoolinstall
(I noticed that ncftp is not installed in my system at the time running this command. So, I installed ncftp and ran this command again)

    chmod 711 /usr/local/apache/domlogs

    /scripts/runlogsnow

    /usr/local/urchin/bin/urchinctl start

That fixed the whole problem. However, when I upgraded urchin 5.6 to 5.7 - I was getting an error message, when trying to view the urchin log -- "Unable to access configuration or direct linking is off". This was fixed by logging in

Urchin Admin Panel > Configuration > Urchin Profiles > Profiles

and selecting the edit button for respective accounts followed by clicking the update button buttons and then I logged off from Urchin Control Panel. I ran the following command as root:

    /scripts/runstatsonce

    /usr/local/urchin/bin/urchinctl restart

That fixed everything. However, I still have some problem. I see only 0 (Zero) - if I try to view the logs of individual profiles from Urchin Control Panel. It's working fine though from WHM or cPanel...

    ## Installing ncftp ##

    wget ftp://ftp.ncftp.com/ncftp/ncftp-3.1.8-src.tar.gz
    tar -xzf ncftp-3.1.8-src.tar.gz
    cd ncftp-3.1.8
    ./configure
    make
    make install
