    Hi,

    a) ensure the ports for webDAV are not filtered (2077 and 2078). On RedHat/CentOS, you can simply do:

    Code:
    # for port in 2077 2078; do iptables -I INPUT -m tcp -p tcp --dport $port -j ACCEPT; done
    # iptables-save > /etc/sysconfig/iptables

If this does not fix the issue, I suggest taking a look at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log, /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpdavd_error_log, and /var/log/chkservd.log for clues. In the event you've done all this and are still unable to determine the issue, you may want to open a support ticket. Thanks.
