Service Down cpanel-dovecot-solr

Hello
This is my first post in this forum and I hope I get a feedback as soon as possible
I encounter the same problem.. I have the DoveCot-Solr service down.
Because I have this service down (- Removed -), I have followed the steps (from SSH):

[email protected] [~]# /scripts/restartsrv_base cpanel-dovecot-solr --status
(XID y99arz) The “cpanel-dovecot-solr” service is down.
[email protected] [~]# yum clean all; yum reinstall cpanel-dovecot-solr

after reinstall .. the service is still down - Removed -
I typed: service dovecot start but the service remains down

Is there anything I can do, because the server notifies me once a few minutes.. I have 100000 emails

Please advice, THANK you !
