Hi I was looking at all the /etc/init.d/ services and hit the killall, it said unmount tmp and unmounted some others. rebooted and everything is working normal. Would everything just have returned to normal after the reboot?

killall is what is run when the server reboots or shuts down. You didn't whack your server. It should be fine.
