Service subdomains not working

Hello,

I have a new server setup. The Service subdomains are not working. If you try to load http://example.com/cpanel or http://example.com/webmail it will take you to the cPanel® is connecting screen with two options one with If you are not behind a firewall and If you are behind a firewall.

It just hangs there.

Any idea where start looking?

Can you load either https://example.com:2083 or https://cpanel.example.com ?

The https://example.com:2083 does work but the https://cpanel.example.com does not.

Maybe It is a browser issue on redirecting. I tried a different browser. I still get stuck at the "cPanel® is connecting screen " for about a minute waiting for something to happen as it tries each option then send me to the https://example.com:2083 version.

I guess that is fine. At least people can get to the login or webmail like that if they can get to that port.

This is a known issue we're working on in case CORE-601, which is causing delayed redirects on the service domains. We're hoping to have this fixed in version 110 or 112, but I haven't yet heard what version the fix will be applied to.
