I am having an issue, and my hosting provider has not been able to resolve the situation.

When I try to log in to Cpanel, it says "Login Successful - Redirecting" but just takes me back to the login screen. I have created a video and uploaded to YouTube that shows the issue I am having. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, my hosting provider, Arvixe, says that they are able to get in from there computer. I have shut off the Firewall, cleared all cache and cookies... is there something else that could be preventing me from being redirected, or causing my session to expire?

Here is my video showing what is happening: /http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sq91r4wV47s
Issue with CPANEL - Logging in - Session Expired

Here is the video when I was speaking to Tech Support at Arvixe: /http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_V3l_yMs3_8

    Thanks for any help

    1. The date on your computer is set incorrectly (causing the session to expire
    2. Having a setting or plugin that blocks third party cookies aggressively
3.Your browser is not set to accept cookies (Im sure you checked this one)
    4. your IP is dynamically changing (pretty sure cpanel will warn you though so not likely)

all I can think of now

Could you provide more details regarding the issue you are experiencing? For instance, what version of cPanel is installed on your server? Is this only happening for one account? Do you have root access to this server?

    Thank you.

    Maybe you are using cloudflare!
for fix this problem you can access to cpanel using the ip server:
    Ex:
    34.56.23.122:2082
