I did a search on Session Password and FTP and didn't find this so hopefully I am not duplicating this.

I have setup two FTP accounts for freinds on my server. All seems well until they try to log in. Using WinSCP3.8 they get a request for a "Session" password. I've double checked and thier passwords are correct. I've also checked thier folders and they are authorized users and the passwords are correct.

Sure I am missing something but can't figure out where or why. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong here?

    Go on, have a guess
WinSCP doesn't use FTP, it uses SSH and you can only access SSH using a real unix account, i.e. the cPanel account.
