I know how to set the exim outgoing IP by using /etc/mailips and /etc/mailhelo. But I'm looking for a possible way for exim to pick the outgoing IP based on the domain of the remote recipient.

There's no native support for using multiple entries in the /etc/mailhelo and /etc/mailips file based on the recipient's domain name.
