    Hi,

I've a Cpanel account and recently I've added a php guestbook. Unfortunatelly the posting time is wrong as it is showing GMT - 5.
I dn't see how can I change it on Cpanel.

Can someone help me by telling me if this is possible to change and how?

    Thanks for your support,
    Riky

There should be an option in Guestbook admin area to change the posting time. You cannot change it from cPanel. If you are unable to search, ask your hosting provider to check it for you.

If you own the server (IE: root access), you can update the timezone used by the
server from WHM and that will update the time for the entire server ...

If you are a reseller or just have a single hosting account with Cpanel then you are
unable to change the timezone for the server itself.

In the case of the latter, you would need to set the time from your application
that you have installed on your website. Most forums, blogs, guestbooks,
and other similiar apps allow you to set the timezone you want to view the
posting dates in irregardless of the physical server timezone settings.
