Set to Cpanel & FTP different passwords

hi;

i dont share my ftp accounts with my users. but i must share cpanel passwords, cause my users want to add / edit their email accounts.

So i want to share cpanel pass (i can disable ftp features at whm ) but i want to set a different ftp pass. Can i do this?

I don't think you can have one password for cPanel account and another for cPanel accounts FTP access.
