If we need to put a CGI script in the skel for each
new user, how can we get the permission on the script
to set to 755 when the account is created? This way
the new user would have instant access to the script.
Would it be possible to add a line in wwwacct to set
permissions on all scripts, *.cgi or *.pl, in the cgi-bin
to 755? It does it for the bin only, from what we can see.
