uhm - this isn't a cpanel thing. but I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

The problem I'm having is what's posted here:
    http://forums.devshed.com/archive/1/2001/3/1/11434

ignoring the part about the clock...

How can I make it fixed on my server?

    The problem in a nutshell....
Certain sites use buttons that switch images on mouseover for desired effects.

    Example:
On the nav bar on the site there's 3 buttons
    home, news, contact

On mouseover each button's text glows. But in IE it lags as IE reloads the mouseover image. However this doens't happen in netscape.

    The fix-
increasing the expiry time on the server.

    How?

    Would uncommenting/changing these do it?
