Setting Incoming & Outgoing Mail Server For All Accounts

Hello. I'm trying to understand how to set all accounts to have the same mail server configuration for incoming and outgoing server names. For example: I want account1.com to use mail.whmhostname.com for both incoming and outgoing mail servers. And I want all other accounts on WHM to use the same nameservers.

Interestingly, I have two cPanel setups and one has mail.whmhostname.com set for all accounts. But the other has mail.account1.com for incoming and outgoing. And it's the same for the other accounts: mail.account2.com, etc.

I simply don't know what to look for. I've spent well over an hour searching high and low! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you considered enabling the AutoSSL feature and utilizing Domain TLS functionality offered in cPanel version 60 to allow all users to have SSL certificates and use "mail.theirdomain.tld" in their email client configuration? Information about Mail SNI and Domain TLS is available at:
