    Hello,

Keep in mind the option you are referring redirects users to the "SSL Certificate Name" for the cPanel/WHM/Webmail service, as defined in:

"WHM Home » Service Configuration » Manage Service SSL Certificates"

It's not referring to the SSL certificate installed for an individual domain name. There's a feature request open for that behavior you can follow and vote for at:

    https://features.cpanel.net/topic/ssl-certificate-per-domain-on-all-services

    Thank you.

What URLs are they using to access cPanel and Webmail (use example domain names)? Can you access the services without warning, or does it require you to manually trust the certificate first?

    Thank you.
