I want to install fastcgi module on apache.

Currently I'm thinking running easyapache, noting the raw commands it used to build apache, then redo them myself while including the steps to install fastcgi. But that can be a B.I.G. pain.

Is there a way to simply insert a module you want into apache ?
as in is there a way to do this easily ?

On EasyApache 3 you can install the FastCGI modules into Apache 2.x simply by selecting it while using EasyApache. Note that EA3 is currently only available in EDGE and CURRENT and this functionality is not offered for Apache 1.3.
