Hello all, just after some guidance please.

I know how to setup an FTP account, but how do I setup an FTP account where the data uploaded isn't publicly available?

I want to create a space for an internal customer where they can store certain files but I only want them and me to be able to see the files, nobody else.

    THanks

    Hello @damian-d

You should be able to set the ftp user's path to /home/$user when creating it at cPanel>>Files>>FTP Accounts the only people that should be able to see what's in there is someone who is accessing the server through cPanel or FTP with access to /home/$user

    Thanks!
