    Ive looked all over online...

Where do I set up the email addresses for clients to use?

Also, what is CGI access and Frontpage extensions?

How can the client log in to cpanel and what can they do with that power? Thanks!

Yes I have looked at the manual. I dont seem to have those options. Where do I click on "mail " to get those functions?

These are the only mail functions i seem to find:
    Email (category)
    Mail Troubleshooter
    Manage Mail Queue
    View Mail Statistics
    View Relayers
    Rebuild/Fix Mail Dbs/Boxes

I also dont have the "File Manager" options....

You are looking at your WHM control panel and you should be looking at your cpanel control panel.

Each of the domains on your server have their own control panel located at Port 2082

    http://yourdomain.com:2082

The domain username and password will get you into this control panel and this is where you set up emails.

You should realy read the manual for both WHM and Cpanel.
