Hello All,

I have searched for the last 2 days on this forum, but could not find the right answer to a problem I have been facing.

I need to setup nameservers for a domain and I wanted to confirm if I am doing it right.

An account was added through WHM and then on editing the DNS zones, I added
NS1.resellerdomain.com A 1st IP
NS2.resellerdomain.com A 2nd IP

Changed the settings are the registrars around 4 days ago. But it is still not resolving the site. The site is at the First IP

On top of the DNS zones , on editing I find the following :

hostdomain.com. 14400 NS ns1.hostdomain.com.
hostdomain.com. 14400 NS ns2.hostdomain.com
Below this all the entries are about the reseller domain.

I would really appreciate your response as it would help me take the site live soon.

Warm Regards/Allwin

And you are sure the nameservers have been registered, and the domain is using these nameservers?

Would help if you included the real names of the domain/nameservers.

Looks good, and it works fine here.

Tracing route to neutralweb.com [139.81.54.130]

Give it some more time, and I'm sure it will at your end too.
