Setting up PHP for FTP

    Can anyone tell me the procedures for getting php recompiled with the --with-ftp flag using cpanel?

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Go to WHM -> Software -> EasyApache and proceed through to step 5. Click "Exhaustive Options" then check the checkbox under PHP for FTP. Then proceed with the build process. The build process will take approximately 30-60 minutes but your Apache should only be offline for a few seconds at most.

    This can also be done from SSH. Just login as a root via SSH and run "easyapache" (without any quotes) script. Follow the on-screen procedures.
