Our company offers reseller as a new hosting package. We had our first few sign ups with this new service and I noticed today when I logged in to the root WHM that EVERYTHING had been changed with basic setup such as name servers, hostname, contact email, etc. The infomation had been changed to the infomation that one of my recent clients had added in under his reseller account however the problem is that when logging in under a reseller account I noticed that it shows all the ROOT infomation and when changes are made, those same changes are made on the roots account to. I'm not sure of where this issue is coming from. Is there someone who can point me in the right direction? Perhaps this has to do with the reseller not owning their own account?

    Best Regards,
    Cody Colby

    Hello :)

You will need to check the privileges assigned to this reseller via the following option in Web Host Manager:

"WHM >> Resellers >> Edit reseller privileges & nameservers"

Ensure that "All Features" is not enabled.

    Thank you.
