Setting Up Reseller Skeletons

Hi:

I am attempting to setup a server and allow for reseller accounts. I would like for each reseller to be able to use his/her own skeleton files so each account is unique.

Is it possible for someone familiar with Cpanel/WHM/WHMCS integration to help me for a reasonable fee? Sorry if this is wrong section.

What do you mean by "to be able"? Every reseller is able to do that.
