setting up the server side formmail script

Due to recent hack attempts via bcc through formmailer php scripts I'm now looking to use the server side formmailer, As far as i know this is a Matts Script Formmail CGI script but i have no idea how to set this up in place of the form i'm currently using.

Can anyone help me out? and do you know if this will eliminate hack attampts through my forms?

Don't use Matt's scripts as they are insecure also. Better choice are those provided by the nms Project.

Reading the documentation included in the script should be sufficient to get you started.
