This is the first time I am setting a WHM account.I have some questions.

In the area “ Basic cPanel & WHM Setup” which default nameservers should be entered? The one which was given me while setting the account or I can create my own like ns1.mydomain.com and so on?

Where is the option for creating Master reseller accounts and Reseller accounts?

    Hello,

You need to give the server's name servers in the area "Basic cPanel and WHM Setup. For accounts you can create custom name servers. Go to reseller Center>> Edit Reseller Privileges and Name servers to make the reseller and his accounts own those name servers.

While creating an account there is an option asking whether it is a reseller. You need to tick that option to make the account Reseller. O/w you can always make an account reseller from reseller center.

    Thanks LinuxTechie.

But i am confused i can see three options

    # ZamFoo Alpha Reseller
    # ZamFoo Master Reseller
    # ZamFoo Root Reseller

I am able to view alpha reseller but Whenever i try to access Master Reseller or Root Reseller i get the following message:

Username 'root' can ONLY view the Root Reseller panel.
Alpha accounts can ONLY view the Alpha Reseller panel.
Master accounts can ONLY view the Master Reseller panel.

How to go to reseller Center>> Edit Reseller Privileges? I am not able to find it.

I can access "ZamFoo Alpha Reseller" but Whenever I try to access “ ZamFoo Master Reseller” and “ ZamFoo
Root Reseller” I get the following message :

Username 'root' can ONLY view the Root Reseller panel.
Alpha accounts can ONLY view the Alpha Reseller panel.
Master accounts can ONLY view the Master Reseller panel.
    What to do now?

    Hello,

You need to be root to do all the changes. Are you logging in as root? If not, you need to contact your hosting provider with your queries.

The reseller center is under Resellers area in WHM rather than using Zamfoo.

If you are using Zamfoo, you may wish to ask questions about using it on their support forum. Since that product is a third-party plugin from another vendor, we would not have knowledge on how it functions on cPanel forum. The Zamfoo forum is at the following location:
