Hello, i was wundering if its possible to set permissions in SSH so just root can show system information?'
When i type this command in ssh:
    cat /proc/cpuinfo
Then it should get like Acces Denied as normal user.
    But not as root.

No point as /proc is not a real file system as is constantly being updated.

This is simply a feature of shared web hosting and there's little you and do about it. You can only go so far in restricting access to resources when you allow SSH access (and to a large extent web scripting too).

If you're referring to what I said - there's nothing much you can do.
