Setup domains in client's accounts

Hi,

Newbie here

I can setup Reseller type accounts alright but my clients can't create domains in their reseller accounts. They keep getting the error message - You do not have access to create that package ()!

From what I can gather, this has something to do with no 'Packages& setup on their account.

What am I doing wrong??

Make sure these are ticked for the reseller in Reseller Center:

Add/Remove Packages
Account Creation
