setup stops

    Hi guys

    I install the latest WHM/cPanel and go to set it up at http://serverip:2086
    I agree the agreement and go to step 2 but it stops there without any error message. just white page. whats the problem? what should i do?

    More than likely your hostname is not fully qualified.

    For example:

    server1.example.com

    versus

    example.com

    The first is a hostname, which can uniquely identify a server/host. The second is merely a domain name that is not indicative of the server/host.
