    Hi,

I have bought a wildcard certificate, and while it works just fine in apache... It does not work when I try to set it up for the cpanel/whm certificate, when I try to set it up through WHM.

I assume WHM runs on a separate binary of apache or something... Where is the WHM/cpanel ssl certificate defined, so that I can go adjust the setting directly in the file?

    Regards,

    Wyatt

WHM/cPanel SSL uses stunnel to encrypt the cert.

The location of the cert is:
    /usr/local/cpanel/etc/cpanel.pem

If you look on the stunnel page you should see how to generate one.

another question. There is any chance to change the hostname for a specific IP of a resseller account? Not with a functional certificate but something like the WHM / cpanel certificate that uses the hostname.

    Thanks in advance
