Severe Issue

When trying to install a ssl cert I get this error here

Any hints ?

Not to thrilled with cpanel but I dont own the server

Are you trying to do this from a cPanel login or as server admin in WHM?

I've read tons of posts lately that installing a cert from the users cPanel login doesn't work.
