    i want know spf record is good for exit from blacklist gmail/yahoo ?

    i want add spf for my domain, but i dont know below is correct:

    or below is correct?
    the different is in - and ?.

    Hello :)

    You can also browse to the "Email Authentication" option in cPanel if you want to setup and use the default SPF record generated by cPanel.
