SFTP and SSH Keys

    Is possible active SFTP when actually i'm using ssh keys to login by terminal to my server?

    I do not understand your question.
    Are you basically trying to copy over a secure channel ?

    I've use SFTP instead FTP to enforce the security of my file transfer from my pc to my host

    Short answer is "yes". SFTP by default uses same SSH keys.
