Shared domain name website on a single IP

I have one shared IP address and a dedicate server with root access. What if I want to setup two domains, but use this exact same code in public_html? I would prefer not to use redirection.

E.g.

http://cooldomain1.com --> /home/webmain/public_html
http://cooldomain2.com --> /home/webmain/public_html

The above would goto to the exact website. Same code but maybe a modified .htaccess

Do I create a second cpanel account with the cooldomain2.com and then use the same account name (e.g. webmain)?

Is this possible?

Thanks

The simplest way to do this would be to add the second domain to the first domain's account as a parked domain. A parked domain is a type of alias that uses all of the content of the parent; the parked domain does not have its own document root.

The following section of our documentation explains cPanel's concept and implementation of parked domains:

Parked Domains
