Hi, I've read many posts to try to determine if the folder permission structure that I am trying to set up is possible but I haven't found anything definitive.
I would like to make a folder containing images available to a number of FTP users. But I would like to create subfolders within that folder that are restricted to certain users.
eg. The initial folder for each FTP user would be /images.
But the subfolders would be secured:
/images/account01 accessed only by FTP user [email protected]
/images/account02 accessed only by FTP user [email][email protected]
/images/account03 accessed only by FTP user [email][email protected]
/images/account03 accessed only by FTP user [email][email protected]
We have tried to configure this but the subfolders always seem to be accessible by all FTP users who have access to the parent folder.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks.
