Shared hosting problem

Guys,

I have several sites hosted on a shared ip

when domain1.com goes to mail.domain1.com instead of getting re-directed to webmail it is getting re-directed to another domain that is hosted on the same shared ip ?

any ideas ?

Hello

The "mail" subdomain is not designed to redirect to the webmail service. Instead, you should use "webmail.yourdomain.com" in order to utilize the proxy subdomains feature that automatically redirects to the webmail service.

Do you have a custom redirect or DNS record configured for the "mail" subdomain in the example you provided?
