I'm trying to transfer an account from a reseller to a server that I have. I used the copy account function to bring the account over to the new server. What I want to do is change the owner of that account to a reseller account and change the IP address to the shared IP. Unfortunately when I change the IP address of that account to the shared IP I can't change any other accounts I want to move there to the same shared IP becuase that IP was removed from the list. So how can I change the IP address to a shared one?

I do not think you'll be able to do that via WHM. You can do it manually by changing the etries in the httpd.conf and DNS zones. Not sure what cpanel files would need updating, if any.
