    Hello,

This is an odd issue I am receiving with my Shared SSL ticket. I have upgraded to cPanel 11 about a month ago and have not had this problem until just this week. No settings were changed but now you go to https://clientsite.com it forwards to https://mainsite.com. Anyone know why this is? I've looked into it and the ticket is installed as the Shared SSL Certificate but it's still giving these issues. Also, I've tried restarting apache (Both through cPanel and 'service httpd restart' but no good)

    Any help would be great.

    Regards,
    Dennis M.

I would check the vhost for the clientsite within httpd.conf to ensure it's configured properly.

This is not for just one but all clients.

I recommend submitting a ticket with this information so we can take a deeper look into this for you.

I had something very similar happen, that turned out to be a combination of errors and/or config settings. I can't say for certain what helped in my situation will help you, but you *did* ask for ideas :)

I changed UseCanonicalName to "off" in httpd.conf, and manually deleted an old expired SSL cert that was for an unrelated subdomain. Restarted httpd and cPanel, sacrificed a young goat...and all seems to be well.

Don't forget that last step...it's crucial when troubleshooting cPanel :)
