How do I set up and connect to a MySQL database on one domain, from other domains?

I want to have one database, and pull/feed the contents from several different domains...

    Is that workable?

Create the database on one domain, and use the connection detail to connect from another domain, it should work. Mysql just check the username and password to authendicated if the both domain on the same server

    hope that helps

    An alternative suggestion . . .

It is possible to connect from any account to a MySQL database on another server (providing you have the correct authentication details).

When connecting from an account to a database that the account does not own but which is on the same server, consider what you would do to connect to a database on a different server - the same principles apply.
