Is there a way to create a shell user via the WHM or command line interface? I know how to add a "shell user" via cli, but if I understand it correctly, the WHM will not monitor the users traffic. How does one add a new user without adding an entire account?

    Thanks,

    Ripper

I dont think so. I think all SSH users need to be created as a user, because when they log in, they are taken to their home directory, and it automatically tries to make a cgi-bin if one is not there (or they dont own the one thats there.), and that leads me to believe that you must create a full blown user.
