    Hello,

Are you referring the shell_exec disable function? You can do it by editing php.ini of the server or custom php.ini, if only one user needs it.

You will have to turn safe mode off and remove shell_exec from disable_functions list in php.ini but it is not recommended that you do this at server level. It is better that you go about it on a per account basis.
