    Hi

    I'm reading about installing CSF and on reading this;

    Remove if you are using any other iptables firewall scripts like APF (Advanced Policy Firewall) or BFD (Brute Force Detection)

    I have cPHulk Brute Force Protection Is that the same thing? Do I need to remove this? Or should I just stick with cPHunk? Or will they both run together?

    Regards
    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,
    CSF works fine with cPHulk. It also plays nicely with Immunity360.

    It's straight forward to install and easy to configure. Remember to Whitelist your I.P immediately though. It's not essential but you don't want to get Blocked during configuration for any reason (it probably wouldn't happen but worth considering).

    Regards,
    Dave.

    Hello @fullfatdesigns,

    Dave is correct. Also, note the message you referenced is referring to a separate application. BFD is not cPHulk.

    Thanks!
