    Hi,
My Host is providing MySQL database, but PhpMyAdmin is not installed in my cPanel account. I am wandering should my Host install PhpMyAdmin or this is my responsibility?

    Thank you.

There is no requirement that your host install phpmyadmin on your account just as there is no requirement that you use this host if you do not like the services they offer.

If your host allows you to load phpmyadmin, then you may very well end up running a more up to date copy with a more mature feature set then the one they would have offered you anyhow. Some clients prefer to run their own copy of phpmyadmin above the one that hosts offer via the client cpanel.
