Shoutcast servers

    If I allow users to run shoutcast servers, will their bandwidth be tracked by cpanel.. even if they use like port 8000?

    cPanel Access Level:
    DataCenter Provider
    cPanel only tracks port 25 (smtp), port 110 (pop3), http (port 80), https (port 443) and maybe imap (port143).
